Drag the marker under Orientation counterclockwise, or enter a number between 0 and 90 in the Degrees field. You can rotate text up to 90 degrees clockwise or counterclockwise.

Click the "Alignment" tab. Under "Orientation," type in or a select a number to rotate the text by the indicated degree. For instance, entering "90" rotates the text by 90 degrees.

Under the Text Box section, click the drop-down arrow for Text Directions and select Rotate all text 90 degrees. What is vertical and horizontal?
