Some snakes give birth to live young, but pythons lay eggs. Many animals that lay eggs will guard them and keep them warm, but then evict the young once they hatch.

NEWBERRY COUNTY, S.C. ( WIS /Gray News) - A large python was caught after being spotted in part of the Midlands late Monday.

Four of the snakes were found on June 13 and 14, and a fifth was spotted by a shocked motorist last Saturday in the Twigmoor and Cleatham areas of north Lincolnshire.

It’s creepy, it’s crawly, and it’s still on the prowl near a townhome complex in the west Houston area -- a python that could be up to 15 feet long.
