You don't have to add a header to every Excel worksheet individually when you can group them first. Adding a header (or footer) to an Excel sheet is a simple task using Excel’s Page Layout view.
You can also switch to the Page Layout view by clicking on the respective button on the bottom right side in Excel (refer to the above screenshot).
If the Freeze pane is frozen or not working in Excel, follow the suggestions mentioned to resolve the issue successfully: Change the Page Layout view. Unprotect the worksheet.
As an example, the traditional View menu resides on a separate View tab in Excel 2007. This tab houses several view modes, such as Normal, Page Layout and Full Screen.
Open or create a new tab at the bottom of the screen. Switch to Page Layout to view the page parameters of your spreadsheet. The standard page layout for an Excel spreadsheet is portrait.
