The Roblox status page, in a message posted Monday at 7:55 a.m. PT, acknowledged that “There was an issue causing problems for players and users across the platform starting a little after 6am PDT.

The outage certainly won't help the platform, though. Over half of Roblox players are pre-teens, and its surge during the early pandemic helped fuel high-profile concerts and platform-exclusive games.

Roblox is back online. After an outage that lasted multiple days, Roblox is up and running once again. "Thank you for your continued patience as we get back to normal," the developer said.

Roblox has a daily user count of 48 million under ordinary circumstances (via RTrack), but with the outage that number has plummeted to zero - making for a lot of unhappy gamers.
