The first step is to create a new C# Windows Store App. Then you need to obtain the SQLite for Windows Runtime Visual Studio 2012 Extension, as seen in Figure 1.

For each tutorial lesson, there are both a Visual Basic and a C# version available. The Express Edition betas are currently available for download through MSDN lab.
