Roblox has acquired Loom.ai for an undisclosed price to enable its users to create realistic 3D avatars. Roblox also delayed its IPO.

Roblox will trade on the New York Stock Exchange under the symbol RBLX. The company said revenue grew 82% last year to $923.9 million for the year ended December 31.
