A Santa Rosa man accused of domestic violence allegedly ran at police officers with a gun before police shot him to death.

Police in Santa Rosa who fatally shot a domestic violence suspect Wednesday night allege he approached them with a gun in his hand, the department said Thursday.

The 20-year-old man had barricaded himself inside the home of his ex-girlfriend’s parents for over six hours before the
