Detroit Pistons guard Cade Cunningham currently ranks seventh in All-Star votes among Eastern Conference guards, according to the third and latest fan returns released by the NBA on Thursday.

Cade Cunningham has helped lead the Detroit Pistons to a 22-21 record, an 18-win improvement from this time last year.

Although Cade Cunningham's recent turnovers made NBA history, the Pistons still ended up winning, so it doesn't really matter.
