Areas across South Carolina saw snow on Tuesday, some places that very rarely see it. Here are some preliminary reports from the National Weather Service. In the Upstate most places saw a dusting and up to a tenth of an inch of snow.

No cause of death has been made public, but an autopsy will be conducted this week to help an ongoing investigation, according to the coroner’s office.

The snow that fell Tuesday afternoon and evening in the Upstate area of South Carolina will bring travel concerns as temperatures drop.
