Vice President JD Vance has delivered an unmistakable message in his first foreign policy speech. He says America under the 47th president has room for you on the Trump train but also has no problem leaving you behind.

Speaking in Paris at an artificial intelligence summit, the vice president gave an America First vision of the technology — with the U.S. dominating the chips, the software and the rules.

In his first foreign policy speech Tuesday, Vice President JD Vance delivered an “America first” outlook on artificial intelligence and spoke of maintaining U.S. dominance in the surging industry. Vance also pushed for the European Union to focus less on AI safety and more on opportunities.
