Although nobody won the $205.9 million Powerball jackpot in the latest drawing that was held on Saturday, Jan. 4, 2025, the Ohio Lottery says there were thousands of winners who hit smaller prizes throughout the state.

The Powerball jackpot increased once again when it remained unclaimed after Wednesday's drawing, but the New Year's first lotto pull still proved to be lucky for some. On Wednesday, the jackpot was worth an estimated $181 million, but rose to $200 million with a cash value of $90.7 million after no one won the jackpot.
