Police later caught Forbes and recovered a black Glock 17 9mm pistol loaded with 15 rounds of ammunition. Forbes pleaded guilty to both charges.

He then got out of the car and ran on foot, throwing a gun while trying to get away. Officers recovered a Glock 17 9mm pistol that Dudley had converted into a machinegun with a Glock Switch.

Dudley attempted to flee the scene, and while doing so, he threw his Glock 17 9mm pistol (AKA switch) that had been converted to a machine gun from his vehicle. The gun was retrieved by police.
