Usha Vance, the second lady, and Michael Waltz, the national security adviser, are on their way this week. Greenlandic officials called the move “aggressive.”

Greenland flatly denied a claim made by President Donald Trump that officials from the island invited a delegation led by Usha Vance, the wife of Vice President JD Vance, to visit the Arctic territory this week.
