The warming center at Heaven’s Kitchen/Presbyterian Annex Building, 21 West Locust St. in Harrisburg opens at 8 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 4. It’ll be open 24 hours until 8 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 11.
