Sacramento County deputies arrested 20-year-old Kevin Thao for murder charges related to the shooting outside of Sacto By Night Lounge.

Kevin Thao, a 20-year-old, has been arrested and is now in custody for the 2023 nightclub shooting in South Sacramento that killed two innocent bystanders.
