Canadian athleisure brand Lululemon is suing Costco, accusing the retail giant of selling counterfeit versions of its high-end clothing.

Fashion “dupes,” or less expensive versions of high-end clothing and other accessories, are just about everywhere these days.

One example pointed out in the lawsuit is the Scuba hoodie. Lululemon lists their hoodies for more than $100, while Costco's version is listed online at about $8.
