The Hamas-run health ministry in Gaza has this morning reported at least 20 deaths following an Israeli strike on the Nasser hospital in Khan Younis. The ministry says that medics, patients and journalists are among those who have died, and says that treatment of patients in the hospital has been impacted.

Two Israeli strikes hit a hospital in the southern Gaza city of Khan Younis yesterday, killing 20 people, including five journalists. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu apologized for what he called a “tragic mishap” and said the Israeli military would conduct an investigation.
