Calling it a "big deal" in protecting girls sports, Gov. Jim Pillen signed the "Stand with Women" Act into law on Wednesday.

Pillen was joined at the state capitol Wednesday morning by State Sen. Kathleen Kauth, who introduced the legislation, along with many high-profile female athletes.
