Three people were arrested late Saturday and early Sunday after the Portland Police Bureau declared a riot near the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement building.

Crews from all over the state traveled to the Columbia River Gorge to help fight the Rowena Fire last week, including three members of the Banks Fire Department.
