The Scottish Conservative leader is to give his keynote speak to his party conference in Edinburgh on Saturday.

Merleen Watson, a long-time volunteer at Worcestershire Acute Hospitals NHS Trust, has been awarded an MBE for her services to the deaf and hearing-impaired community in Worcestershire.
