A Manhattan jury on Friday issued a guilty verdict against Charlie Javice, the 33-year-old CEO who duped JPMorgan Chase into buying her student-loan startup and was hit with a series of fraud-related charges.

Javice will be sentenced at a later date. She faces a maximum prison term of 30 years on the most serious count of bank fraud, though she’s likely to receive a far lower sentence than that. Javice looked saddened,
