Bologna beat Lazio 5-0 in a resounding home victory that provisionally placed them in fourth position in the Serie A standings in a crucial match in the race for Europe. Vincenzo Italiano's side temporarily leapfrogged Juventus ahead of the Bianconeri's match at Fiorentina later on Sunday.

Bologna swept Lazio aside in a dominant performance and leapfrogged them into fifth place with Riccardo Orsolini and Dan Ndoye taking centre-stage.

Boulaye Dia is in line to return to the Lazio line-up for Sunday’s Serie A match against Bologna, who are not expected to make too many changes following last week’s 2-1 win over Hellas Verona.
