KERRVILLE, Texas (AP) — Flash floods in Texas killed more than 100 people over the Fourth of July holiday weekend and left scores still missing, including girls attending a summer camp.

New York, North Carolina, New Mexico and Texas have all suffered serious flooding this month. Climate change is causing even more rain to fall during the heaviest storms.
