The Illinois State Police are reporting a fourth Move Over Law-related crash of the year, resulting in a trooper and a driver being transported to local hospitals with non-life-threatening injuries.

The trooper was inside the squad car, which was parked on the left shoulder with its emergency lights activated when a Saturn Vue hit its rear.
