Scott Riccardi, of New Jersey, won his 16th straight "Jeopardy!" game July 24 to move into a tie for 10th place on the game's consecutive wins list.

Riccardi won $40,008 to push his total earnings on the program to $430,910. His 15-game winning streak is the longest since Adriana Harmeyer accomplished the same feat last season. Only 10 people have ever won 16 or more games, a club Riccardi can join by winning his next game on the July 24 episode.
