President Trump’s 10% tariff on all Chinese goods could lead to more expensive goods for a host of products sold in the U.S., including electronics, apparel and medicine. Here’s some items that could see higher prices.

China has reiterated its threat to take “necessary countermeasures to defend its legitimate rights and interests” following President Donald Trump’s decision to impose 10% tariffs.

In 2023, the U.S. imported $4.6 billion worth of tequila and $108 million worth of mezcal from Mexico, according to the Distilled Spirits Council of the United States, a trade group. The U.S. imported $537 million worth of Canadian spirits, including $202.5 million worth of whisky.
