A 61-year-old man died Saturday afternoon after falling through the ice on a UTV on Pewaukee Lake, according to the Waukesha County Sheriff's Department and Lake Country Fire and Rescue. Lake Country Fire and Rescue said they were dispatched to the lake just after 3 p.

First responders said a dive team pulled the person from the water roughly 40 minutes after crews were dispatched.
