Landon Dickerson played bartender and served cold ones for the Super Bowl champion Eagles with the injured offensive lineman's career temporarily on ice. The Eagles can't wait for Dickerson to resume his day job.

Dickerson, who is week-to-week after suffering a knee injury Sunday, had surgery Wednesday. He arrived Thursday bearing some cold refreshments for his teammates and members of the Browns.

A second surgery in six months, coupled with a long list of prior procedures, is putting a lot of wear and tear on the Eagles' Pro Bowl LG.
