OCEANA COUNTY, MI – A lottery ticket bought on a whim led to a Michigan woman turning $100 into $1 million. The 63-year-old Oceana County woman, who chose to remain anonymous, won her big prize playing the Michigan Lottery’s Millionaire Raffle game online.
The 43-year-old winner, who remained anonymous, purchased his Lotto 47 ticket from a Speedway gas station in Kalamazoo, according to a news release. He told state lottery officials he'd play the game "once in a while, and decided to buy a few tickets on a whim."
