The U.S. Air Force plans to lease an additional land from the Fort Smith Regional Airport to support an expanded foreign military pilot training center at Ebbing Air National Guard Base.

A fire that damaged six cars broke out in a parking deck near the state Capitol in Little Rock on Friday morning, according to a Little Rock Fire Department spokesman.
