WASHINGTON (7News) — A teen boy is facing charges for his alleged role in a shooting that injured a younger boy near Eastern High School in Southeast D.C. in late 2024, according to D.C. Police. The Metropolitan Police Department (MPD) said a 17-year-old boy was arrested in connection to the shooting in November 2024 that left a teenager hurt. Police said that on Nov. 22 around 9:40 a.m., officers responded to the 1700 block of East Capitol Street NE to investigate a shooting.
