Elon Musk’s social media platform X appeared to experience an outage Thursday as more than 16,000 users reported issues with its website and app. Issues with X appeared to spike shortly after 10:40 a.m. EDT, ands more than 16,200 users reported issues with the social media platform by 11:08 a.m., according to DownDetector.

As of early Tuesday, the top app in Apple's App Store was TikTok, followed by Tinder, Duolingo, YouTube and Bumble.
