Jan 23, 2018 · Be careful though, some of the very form fitted Kydex holsters made for a gen4 Glock don't fit well if you're using it for a gen5 Glock (same way the other way around) ...there is a little difference in slide width on gen5 vs. gen4. Sep 25, 2020 · Several years ago I owned a Serpa holster for a Glock I used to have. It had the finger release button on it and I had no issues with it and it secured the Glock well. I know now this holster is comparable to the black plague however would appreciate any thoughts on it's replacement the T Series holsters. Thanks!

Jun 24, 2009 · You're probably talking OWB holster. If not, in my estimation, there's a potential carry issue here. The length/height of an IWB holster definitely affects my carry comfort. I tend to carry somewhere in the 2:00-2:30 position. The longer the holster, the more likely it is to bump against my upper thigh (often uncomfortably in the thigh/hip crease).

Mar 20, 2012 · My CompTac M-Tac is made for my G-17, it caries my G-26, and my wifes G-19 equaly well. But the CompTac is leather Kydex, the VMII is all leather, so if you carried your 26 for a lot without carrying your 19, the 19 may no longer fit as well as it should, do to the holster taking the shape (or boning) to the shorter shape of the 26.

Apr 19, 2015 · Legal CCW carry both the Glock 23 and Glock 19. I currently use the Blackhawk SERPA holster - OWB and the N8 Squared Tactical holster - IWB. Last year, I purchased a 3Speed holster for Appendix carry. All three holsters can carry both the 23 and 19. I have a reservation at a local indoor shooting range to rent and shoot the new Glock 43.
