My PC (Rekordbox) did not pick up the correct drivers as I installed the application ahead of connecting the 400 and ran in DEMO mode for a while until I had the licence and controller. So, connect the controller and then in Audio/Audio there is a black button for 'Driver':

Jul 31, 2021 · I am the proud owner of a new Pioneer DDJ-400 for use with recordbox. I made my purchase yesterday and plugged it into my Mac computer (Catalina OS version 10.15.5). I cannot get any audio to come through my headphones plugged into the DDJ-400, which makes cueing impossible. The knobs and levels are in the right places.

Aug 10, 2019 · Hi Pioneer, My volume fader on channel 2 of my DDJ 400 is not working properly: when I increase volume slightly, from 0 to 1 bar, sound is coming out loud whereas it is not the case with Channel 1. I set the volume fader on linear, but even with exponential or logarithmic I have the same issue.

I am using Rekordbox 5.6.0. and a MacBook Pro 2018 with an USB-C adapter hub, through which I use my external monitor HDMI cable port and three USB-A ports. The external monitor is still receiving power.

Apr 11, 2021 · I have a DDJ-400 controller. My current speaker and subwoofer setup is all through my Denon amp / receiver (S510). Which cable do I use to connect the two? There's a red and white Media Player input on the rare panel of my Denon, so will an RCA male to RCA male cable work (red white to red white)? My Denon does not have an Aux input.
