I open a browser and try to type on the second screen and the keyboard stops working. The windows button still works but I am unable to type anything on either screen any more.

Apr 9, 2023 · Once the HDMI cable is removed from the laptop, the monitor with VGA connection works. Have checked all the drivers, Display adaptor (Intel HD 4000) and is up to date, The driver of the monitors is up to date too. Strange thing is that the Device Manager recognises all 3 monitors (LCD laptop screen and 2 generic PnP monitors).
