Aug 22, 2017 · The 9mm versions are great, as are the .45 versions, I've no experience with their 10mm guns, but they do look good. I've their 9mm and .45ACP pistols in both the single stack "Tactical" and double stack 1911-A2 models and all have over 15K rounds through them with the oldest, the single stack .45, at about 25K rounds.

Does G23 need different Extractor for .357sig barrel?

Nov 29, 2016 · I carried a S&W Model 25-5 in .45 Colt for a time (until we went to autos) and felt very comfortable with the ability of the .45 as a "man stopper". This round was a choice I made, with approval from the chief, as a result of a neighboring jurisdiction that had to wrestle a suspect onto a gurney after taking 11 rds from a 9mm.
Slightly dissapointed.. S&W sd9ve guide rod failure
Jan 8, 2017 · The gun has been kept clean and lubed. I had my Gen3 glock 19 with us so I tore it down and checked its factory guide rod against the Sd9ve's guide rod. They looked close to the same save for a thicker flange at the barrel end. I swapped the complete Glock guide rod into it and it ran fine and was actually a little quicker to get back onto target.
