Uniformed Division Officers support the protection responsiblities of the Secret Service, serving as the uniformed police presence around the White House, VP residence, the Secret Service Training Center and other executive level offices. Anytime you visit one of these sites, you will interact with UD Officers.

Dec 15, 2020 · I haven't heard anything at all from the Secret Service. I waited a good 6 weeks before I sent an email to my local Field Office, they told me to contact Security Management Division. So I did and then they told me to contact UD Support. After I sent them (UD support) an inquiry about my status, I did not receive a response back.

Background checks are in process for both divisions currently.... I'm basically just waiting on "the call". Honestly, I think I'm going to do the "smart thing" and just accept whoever

Oct 9, 2020 · Completed my Security Interview yesterday for Criminal Investigator (SA). The agent asked if I’d be willing to accept a Uniformed Division offer if i make it through the process but the panel doesn’t think i have enough to warrant this position. He said they offer UD in these circumstances. That’s absolutely good with me.

While a degree is not required for Uniformed Division positions, one combined with credible experience can certainly help. There is absolutely NO way anyone, not even a recruiter could or would say what your chances are given both the scant information you provided and the fact that anything said today is subject to change in 4 years .

Apr 6, 2009 · I am about to be presented job offers by both the Secret Service Uniform Division and Border Patrol Agent positions (so I hope). What I would like to know and have input from is which is a better job for an entry person just getting into Law Enforcement.

Mar 19, 2009 · ERT is made up of members of the US Secret Service Uniformed Division, they are basically the SWAT team for the USSS. More details than that, you'll have to get hired and apply . forgive me but i have never posted anything like that before. you are thinking of the wrong person. all i asked for was information on the ERT.
