How to Do a Back Handspring (Step-by-Step, Drills & Progressions)

My first Guinness World Record! Most back handsprings in 30 seconds. As you can see by the end I was very dizzy. What made this so special was the fact that just a few months before this I experienced my first mental block in gymnastics. I could not even do one back handspring.
