Mix design development for a customer. Develop a HPC / UHPC fiber reinforced mix to reduce the thickness of wet cast pieces from 4” to 1” while eliminating the steel and maintaining the required strength. We are utilizing the precaster’s existing materials (and Trinic’s admixtures) to keep the cost vs. wet cast about the same. Our do not exceed number is about $600 / cy plus about $400 / cy in fiber costs. In phase I we did lots of small mixes to get a feel for the customer’s material properties
