Add Sure-Jell and bring to a rolling boil. Add sugar and boil hard for one minute, stirring constantly. Pour into hot, sterile jars. I processed for 15 minutes In a hot water bath. I also add red pepper flakes. Sure Jell ( pectin) now comes in a bottle. It used to come in a box.
